Know your students.
Not just their marks.
Prepwisely runs short daily technical and non-technical tests and studies how each student answers — not just what they score — so your placement cell knows exactly who is ready, and where every student and every batch is falling short, topic by topic.
Free for three months for our founding pilot college · Technical + non-technical coverage · Daily, low-stakes MCQs
Placement readiness
Final-year CSE · This week
Illustrative preview — every college gets its own live dashboard.
Marks tell you the score. They don't tell you the story.
Most placement prep is judged the same way school exams are: one number, at the end. By the time it's clear a student isn't ready, the interview is next week.
Without Prepwisely
- One test at the end of the semester decides the story
- A single percentage — no idea which topics it's hiding
- Weak students get noticed only after a placement drive is lost
- Every faculty member's classes graded the same way, on gut feel
With Prepwisely
- Short tests running daily, all placement season long
- Every question tagged to a topic — DSA, DBMS, aptitude, verbal, and more
- At-risk students flagged weeks before the first company visits
- Topic-level signal on which sections need a different teaching approach
How it works
Four steps, running quietly in the background of your placement prep schedule.
Run a daily test
A focused 30–60 minute MCQ set, technical or non-technical, mapped to your placement syllabus — coding fundamentals, CS core subjects, aptitude, reasoning, verbal ability.
Capture how they answer
Alongside every response, Prepwisely records time spent, answer changes, skipped-and-returned questions, and attempt order — the process behind the score.
See topic-wise readiness
Every question is tagged to a topic, so each student and each batch gets a readiness view broken down by exactly where they're strong and where they're not.
Spot teaching signals early
When a topic is weak across an entire section, that's a pattern about how it's being taught — not just who's struggling — visible to faculty before the next drive.
Built around one question: is this student actually ready?
Everything in Prepwisely exists to answer that — for one student, one batch, or the whole final year.
Daily, low-stakes testing
Short technical and non-technical MCQ sets students take in 30–60 minutes, building a continuous record instead of one final score.
Beyond right or wrong
Time per question, revisits, and attempt order are captured alongside every answer — so you see method and confidence, not just outcome.
Topic-wise mastery maps
Every question is tagged to a placement-relevant topic, so gaps surface at the topic level for each student and each batch.
Technical + non-technical, together
Coding fundamentals, CS core subjects, aptitude, reasoning, and verbal ability, tracked side by side in one readiness picture.
One placement-readiness view
A single, defensible view of who's ready for a drive today, and who needs two more weeks on which exact topic.
Teaching insight, not just student insight
When a topic is weak across an entire section, that's a signal about how it's taught — visible to faculty, not buried in a spreadsheet.
Built with placement cells, for placement cells
Prepwisely is running its first pilot, completely free for three months — here's what it's built to do for everyone on your campus.
For your Training & Placement Officer
Walk into every pre-placement talk with a defensible, topic-wise readiness number for each student — not a hunch based on last semester's marks.
For your faculty
See exactly which topics need re-teaching before the next drive, backed by how an entire section is actually answering — not just their grades.
For your students
Daily practice that feels like practice, not a make-or-break exam — with clear visibility into exactly what to fix, topic by topic.
Be our first pilot college — free for three months
We're picking one college to build Prepwisely with this term. No cost, no procurement — just three months to see what topic-wise readiness data actually does for your placement drives.
- Daily technical + non-technical tests for one department
- Topic-wise readiness dashboard for your faculty
- Full results access — for your own students, at no cost
- A direct line to the founding team for feature requests
How it works
- Content
- Prepwisely builds and owns the question bank. Nothing for your faculty to create or maintain.
- Faculty access
- See topic-wise results for your students. The question bank itself stays private.
- Student access
- Students can only take tests — no visibility into the bank or into other students' results.
What happens after three months?
We'll agree on next steps together before the pilot ends — no automatic charge, and no obligation to continue.
Frequently asked questions
Haven't found what you're looking for? Bring it up on a demo call.
Is student data secure?
Each college's data is kept isolated and access-controlled to that college's own staff. We're happy to walk your IT team through our security approach in detail on a call before you commit to anything.
Does this replace our existing exam or LMS system?
No. Prepwisely runs alongside whatever you already use for coursework and internal exams — it's focused specifically on daily placement-prep testing and the analytics that come from it.
How much setup does onboarding take?
A short onboarding call to map your placement syllabus to topics, plus a quick session for the faculty who'll be reviewing the analytics. Most of this happens before your first test goes live.
Is there a cost to join the pilot?
No. Our first pilot college gets three months completely free — no procurement, no invoice.
Who owns the question bank?
Prepwisely builds and maintains the underlying question bank. During onboarding we map it to your specific placement syllabus — you get full, ongoing access to your own students' results.
Who can actually see what?
Faculty see topic-wise results for their students. Students can only take tests. Neither faculty nor students can view the question bank itself — that keeps results credible and content secure.
What if we only want technical, or only non-technical?
Entirely your choice. Some colleges start with one and add the other later once faculty are comfortable with the workflow.
What happens after the three-month pilot?
We'll agree on next steps together before the pilot ends. There's no automatic charge and no obligation to continue.
